Fossy is an energy switching assistant that is currently invite only. Right now, messaging Fossy adds you to our waitlist so we can let you know when it's ready for you.
What we collect
When you message Fossy on WhatsApp to join the waitlist, we keep:
- your WhatsApp phone number and WhatsApp profile name;
- the first message you sent us;
- when you joined, when you last messaged us, and how many messages you've sent.
If you text (SMS) us instead, your message, including any email address you include, arrives on our phone and is only used to add you to the waitlist.
We don't ask for or collect electricity bills at this stage.
How we use it
Only to reply to you and to contact you when Fossy is ready for you. We don't sell your details or use them for advertising.
How long we keep it
Until Fossy launches for you, or until you ask us to remove you from the waitlist, whichever is sooner.
Who processes it
- Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) delivers the messages.
- Vercel hosts the service and Upstash stores the waitlist.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete your details, or to leave the waitlist, message us on WhatsApp or through the details on our WhatsApp business profile.
